Pretty traveller's-palm (or is it a peacock's tail?) motif on this
red-and-green bag. Thanks to Sam

I think it must be a peacock's tail. At least, that's
what the green part of the logo beneath it looks like. The rest of the
peacock has been eaten by a vicious-looking red eagle (also part of the
logo) that is just flying away. Thanks to Josef Gebele.

Air Madagascar (purple/green)
The Traveller's Palm has gone purple. If it were a maize plant, that would
be a sign of phosphorus deficiency.

Now it's silver. That's a sign of attacks by lice.
A globe with the letters NP EICI on the base. Anyone know what this
means?

The palm has gone black. I think it must have died.

Since this firm's bankruptcy, these bags have become very rare.
