AirOne

An airline that doesn't have the Y2K problems of Air 2000. But what does its name mean? The number of aircraft it operates? The average number of passengers per flight? Another nickname for Michael Jordan? No: according to Daniel Ka, it's a cunning play on the Italian word airone, meaning "swallow" -- the bird, not the opposite of "vomit".

Someone should tell AirOne's designer: its logo looks like a stork.

No logo on this deep bag. But Ken Pugh says it's from Air Ontario, and I'm prepared to take his word for it.
