Croatia Airlines (shopping bag?)

Is it a shopping bag, or perhaps a dual-purpose barf/duty-free bag? In any case, this is the only bag I've come across with something written inside: It says "AKTA Zagreb tel. 01/37 36 776" on the base inside. Call them if you fill this bag and need a new one.

The name has disappeared from this bag, leaving only Croatia's chequerboard logo.

An unusual construction: pointy based, with narrow gussets and a corrugated seal at the bottom.
