A pioneer among Chinese airlines, Xiamen has discovered the
delights of tear-off strips to guarantee you an unused bag. Others (like China
Eastern) use paper tabs that - if you are careful - you can
circumvent by prising the bag open and aiming your waste carefully past
the tab. In the gusset: a bunch of Chinese, with the code ZL 97 2
30785.0, and a phone number: 2220285. Thanks to Jürgen Klein.

Like the bag above, only the printer has managed to get
it centred on the paper. It's on a different grade of paper, too. In the
gusset: a bunch of Chinese, with the code ZL 97 2 30785.0, and a phone
number: 0592-2220285 (yes, with an area code). Thanks to Nancy Brendlinger.

The gusset makes the bag: this has the same code ZL 97 2 30785.0, but the
phone numebr has changed: 0592-5739796-7

One of the new breed of chinese bags, complete with a
perforated tear-off strip at the top, along with an icon of a pair of
scissors (not supplied with the bag: you'll have to smuggle your own on
board if you want to cut your bag open). Thanks to Anke Scherer.
