Sorry, I don't know the name of this Czech college: it's not on the bag. I probably couldn't spell it even if it were.

From the firm Zech Sauberkeit und Hygiene (Zech cleanliness and hygiene): "Wir helfen pflegen" (we help to care).

GVS stands for Grossverbraucher-Spezialisten (large consumer specialists). I don't know who a large consumer of such bags might be: overweight toilet patrons, perhaps?
